What kind of items do you sell?
Handmade polymer clay charms, blind box collectibles, magnetic bookmarks, vinyl stickers/sticker sheets, and (soon!) prints — all designed and made in-house.
Are all your items handmade?
The clay charms are fully handmade, start to finish. Bookmarks, stickers, and prints are made in-house from our own original artwork.
Where are you located / where do you ship from?
We're based in Navotas City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and ship via J&T.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, and QRPH.
Payment Details and QR codes will be sent to your emai along with your order confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out every Tuesday and Thursday. If the scheduled ship-out falls on a holiday, we'll ship on the next business day. Delivery takes 2–5 days from ship-out date.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via J&T. Same-day delivery (SDD) is available upon request.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates within the Philippines:
• Luzon: ₱60
• Visayas: ₱90
• Mindanao: ₱95
• Islands: ₱110
Free shipping is available on orders over ₱800 (Luzon/Visayas), ₱900 (Mindanao), and ₱1,000 (Islands).

Do you take custom orders?
We don't take personal/individual commissions, but we're open to custom orders for stores or events. Food-themed designs only for now
How do I care for my charms?
Gently wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid scrubbing to keep your charm looking its best!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help!
